Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven AI Search Reputation Marketing Manager to take ownership of our clients online visibility, review ecosystems, and local search performance. In the era of up-to-date AI search engines (like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews), visibility relies heavily on reviews, directory accuracy, and brand sentiment. You will act as the specialist who ensures our clients dominate local search packs and secure prime positioning in AI-generated answers.

Responsibilities

- Reputation Engine Management: Own the setup, daily optimization, and scaling of client review platforms (utilizing tools like Birdeye) across Google, Yelp, BBB, and industry-specific directories.
- AI-Readiness Local SEO: Ensure consistent Name, Address, Phone (NAP) data, active schema markup, and accurate location intelligence to maximize client inclusion in AI search algorithms.
- Review Automation Workflows: Build and optimize automated post-transaction review loops (via SMS and email) that capture customer sentiment at the exact moment of project delivery.
- Sentiment Tracking Response Strategy:



Oversee AI-assisted response workflows to ensure every customer review-positive or negative-is addressed with speed, brand compliance, and tactical precision.
- Performance Reporting: Track metrics around review volume growth, star ratings, local map pack rankings, and AI-search citation frequency for each client.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in local SEO, reputation management, or digital marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with reputation platforms (Birdeye, Podium, Yext) and Google Business Profile management.
- A strong understanding of how generative AI engines, local packs, and unstructured third-party data impact modern organic search visibility.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to data accuracy.
