nAbout the Role
nThe company is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join its India. team. This hands-on role involves installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting advanced testing systems at customer sites across India, with opportunities for international travel.
nThe ideal candidate is a self-motivated, practical engineer with solid problem-solving and communication skills who enjoys working directly with customers and travelling to industrial sites.

nKey Responsibilities

- Install, commission,



and maintain VMCIS High-Speed Data Acquisition and Control Testing Systems at customer facilities.n
- Provide onsite and remote technical support via telephone, email, and remote desktop tools.n
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.n
- Develop and configure vehicle testing software and test sequences using VMCIS proprietary applications.n
- Deliver customer training on the operation, maintenance, and configuration of VMCIS testing systems.n
- Collaborate with engineering teams on domestic and international installation projects.n
- Maintain accurate service documentation and provide timely technical reports.n
- Deliver exceptional customer service while working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.n

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or a related Engineering discipline.
