About the Role

Scarlz Moments Private Limited is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Assistant Manager Travel Operations & Sales to manage end-to-end travel operations and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in itinerary planning, tour coordination, package costing, vendor management, customer handling, and travel sales support.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of travel operations, build efficient processes, and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries and holiday packages.
- Prepare accurate quotations and manage package costing, budgeting, and profitability.
- Manage end-to-end tour operations and coordination, from booking confirmation to successful trip completion.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, activity partners, and other travel vendors.
- Negotiate competitive rates and maintain strong, long-term vendor relationships.
- Handle customer queries, operational changes, cancellations, and last-minute travel requirements.
- Support the sales team with quotations, package recommendations, and customer coordination.
- Monitor ongoing trips and resolve operational issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop, implement,



and improve SOPs and operational processes.
- Maintain accurate records and manage operational data using CRM and other relevant tools.
- Zoho CRM experience will be an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience in Travel & Tourism, Tour Operations, Itinerary Planning, Tour Coordination, or Travel Sales.
- Strong experience in itinerary preparation and customized travel package creation.
- Solid knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and travel operations.
- Robust understanding of South Indian destinations, hospitality vendors, and transport logistics is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent customer handling, people interaction, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of package costing, budgeting, and travel operations.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership.
- Experience in developing and improving SOPs and operational frameworks.
- Any Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality,



or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Multilingual candidates are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Language Requirements

- Tamil: Strong verbal communication skills.
- English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of additional Indian or international languages will be an added advantage.
