Medical Affairs & Business Development Partner
Heylth Connections is looking for an experienced Medical Affairs professional who can combine scientific expertise with the ability to develop meaningful client relationships and business opportunities.
You will work with our pharma, biotechnology and medical-device clients in India and international markets, helping translate scientific knowledge and emerging AI capabilities into practical solutions for medical communication, HCP engagement, education and capability development.
What you will do
Contribute medical and scientific expertise to projects allocated by Heylth
Understand client needs and help shape relevant, scientifically credible solutions
Support medical-content strategy, HCP education, scientific engagement, training and AI-enabled tools
Participate in client discussions, presentations and proposals
Develop opportunities through your qualified relationships
Qualify and pursue suitable leads provided by Heylth
Collaborate with our medical, pharma, AI, content, design and technology teams
Who we are looking for
Substantial experience in Medical Affairs, medical communications or a related scientific role within pharma, biotechnology or medical devices
Should have a medicine or an advanced pharmacy qualification
The credibility to engage Medical Affairs leaders, business heads and other senior industry stakeholders
Strong scientific judgement and a commitment to accuracy, compliance and responsible communication
An interest in applying AI to real medical and commercial challenges
The initiative to build relationships, develop opportunities and work independently
Engagement and compensation
This is an independent, project-based engagement and does not include a fixed salary.
Project fees will be agreed for work allocated by Heylth.
Revenue share will apply to projects sourced directly by the partner.
Revenue share will also apply when the partner develops and converts suitable leads provided by Heylth.
