Excellorix is seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to manage and optimize a portfolio of approximately three to six client accounts. Most campaigns run across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads, with Google representing the largest portion of the work.

This is an ongoing role for someone who can independently manage campaign strategy and execution while communicating professionally with clients when required.
Responsibilities:
Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads
Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research
Monitor budgets, bids, search terms, targeting, creative performance, and conversions
Implement negative keywords and continuously reduce wasted spend
Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels
Prepare clear weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Participate in selected client meetings and communicate campaign strategy confidently
Coordinate with our design, development, and leadership teams




Maintain organized campaign documentation and provide proactive updates
Identify landing-page and funnel improvements that could increase conversion rates
Qaulifications
Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
Working knowledge of Microsoft Ads
Robust understanding of lead-generation and eCommerce campaigns
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution
Ability to interpret performance data and make strategic optimization decisions
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable participating in client meetings
Reliable, responsive, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts
Agency experience is strongly preferred
