Role Description
This is a remote, commission-based Sales & Outreach Trainee role with no fixed stipend. The trainee will support lead generation and outreach by identifying potential clients across Indian and international markets, researching target accounts, and initiating contact through email, LinkedIn, and other channels using tools like Apollo, Clay,



and omnichannel outbound sequencing. Day-to-day responsibilities include sending personalized outreach (including short video, e.g. Loom), conducting discovery conversations, presenting Zekea's services, documenting interactions in internal tools, and following up to move prospects through the sales pipeline. The role also involves learning and applying Zekea's sales processes, participating in training sessions, and collaborating directly with the founder to refine messaging and outreach strategy. The trainee is expected to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain consistent communication with the team.
