Role Description The Credentialing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This team member is responsible for managing provider credentialing and enrollment with hospitals, insurance companies, and government payers, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Daily tasks include collecting and verifying provider documents,



completing and submitting applications, tracking application status, and following up to resolve issues or delays. The role also involves maintaining accurate credentialing records, updating databases, monitoring renewal dates, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely approvals. The Credentialing Specialist collaborates with the billing and RCM teams to support clean claims, minimize denials related to credentialing, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of credentialing, provider enrollment, and healthcare payer requirements.
Experience with medical billing, revenue cycle management processes, and basic claims workflows.
