Skills And Competencies

1-3 years of experience in HR Operations,



Shared Services, Customer Service, or a related field
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors (Workwise), SAP, or PeopleSoft is preferred

Education

MBA/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

The People Connect Associate serves as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing support on HR policies, programs, and employee lifecycle processes. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality service, processing transactions accurately, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards

Respond to employee and manager inquiries through designated support channels
Process HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job change
