About The Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis L2 Consultant to manage SAP system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, transport management, user administration, and SAP HANA database support. The role involves supporting SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solution Manager, and SAP HANA in a production setting.

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain SAP ECC, NetWeaver,



Solution Manager, and S/4HANA environments.
Perform SAP system refreshes, client copies, and transport management.
Support kernel upgrades, support package upgrades, and SAP Note implementation using SNOTE.
Manage SAP users, roles, authorizations, and security settings.
Perform system health checks, monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.
Administer SAP HANA databases, including upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery.
Monitor HANA database health, memory utilization, performance, and capacity.
Configure and manage HANA System Replication, tenants, and database users.
Support SAP migration, implementation, upgrade, and platform migration projects.
Perform pre- and post-migration validation activities.
Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
Resolve SAP Basis and HANA incidents within defined SLAs.
Support RCA, problem management, planned maintenance, and change
