What would you do?

Lead Incentive Compensation operations for a delivery team, ensuring payout accuracy, SLA compliance, audit readiness, operational governance and team performance.



Drive automation, AI adoption, process excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
Sales Operations and Incentive Compensation Management
Incentive setup, administration and payout operations
Payment calculation, reconciliation and validation
Sales Letter management and governance
ICM system setup including plans, quotas, hierarchies and crediting rules
Credit, pay, liabilities, adjustments and payout release managemet
Compensation claim and dispute resolution
What are we looking for?
Primary skill - Pricing & Profitability Optimization
Any Graduation
14 to 18 years Incentive Compensation experience
8 to 10 years people management experience
Robust Excel and PowerPoint expertise
Experience managing end to end Incentive Compensation programs
Operations, project and program management experience
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work across global shift
