J O B P U R P O S E :

The role of Product Manager (Plasters) is to ensure growth of Saint-Gobain’s Plasters solutions & overall contribute to the Category Creation and business volume and value growth .

The role needs to analyse the market potential & leverage opportunities in the market by drawing up

sales & marketing strategy which is aligned to the business plan and ensure delivery of above strategy.

Growth & strategy

Provides quality leadership for Saint-Gobain’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while always upholding Saint-Gobain’s values establishing an environment and

foundation for future sales growth.

Responsible for market mapping, existing product management, segmentation & developing market penetration strategies for the segment with specific focus on Value Added PLasters portfolio inc Top Line and Bottom Line .





Responsible for working together with a team of Regional Managers and their team of Sales Managers to develop business in the given segment.

Closely co-ordinate with all supporting functions in order to deliver upon the agreed business strategy.

Business Development

Work closely with key customers in understanding product application & needs and insights generation for Current Product development

Overall Project CRM management & Road Map & with Sales Aids & Tools

Marketing

Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging,

and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

Develop technical solutions / calculation tools etc. for providing solutions to customers.

Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current

and future growth of regional sales and profitability.

Drive marketing initiatives ATL & BLT end to end for PLasters Category

Develop marketing tools like brochures, pr
