About the Role
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Ernakulam. The role involves providing timely and professional assistance to customers, coordinating with internal service teams, and ensuring efficient service delivery, particularly in situations involving vehicle towing and roadside assistance.
The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, comfortable working in rotational shifts, and able to communicate effectively in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, requests, and service-related concerns professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with vehicle towing and roadside assistance requirements.
Coordinate with towing partners, service teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely assistance.
Track service requests and provide customers with accurate updates on service status.




Ensure smooth coordination between customers and field/service teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate team when required.
Follow established customer service processes, SLAs, and quality standards.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the service journey.
Work effectively across rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
Knowledge of any additional third language will be preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers in stressful or time-sensitive situations.
Good coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with customer/service management systems.
