Role Description The Social Media Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Undri Pune. This position is responsible for monitoring and analyzing social media performance across platforms, tracking key metrics, and generating insights to improve campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and reviewing analytics dashboards, preparing performance reports, and identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.



The Social Media Analyst will collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine social media strategies, ensure accurate tagging and tracking, and support A/B testing and audience segmentation. The role also involves staying current with platform updates and best practices to maintain effective and compliant social media activities.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in social media measurement tools and platform analytics (e.g., Meta, X, LinkedIn, Instagram) to track KPIs and campaign performance.
Experience in social media marketing and social networking, including understanding audience behavior and engagement strategies.
Clear and professional communication skills for presenting findings, creating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or
