Role Description The Deputy Area Manager role at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited is a full-time, in office position based in Gurgaon. The role involves overseeing branch and area-level business activities, including achieving sales targets for home loans, loans against property, and other housing finance products.



The Deputy Area Manager will manage and guide a team, monitor daily performance, support business development initiatives, and ensure high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, and tracking key operational metrics for the assigned territory. The role also requires regular market visits to build and maintain relationships with channel partners, builders, and customers, and to identify new business opportunities.
