About the Role
We are looking for a Freelance Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing to help us connect with doctors and healthcare professionals across Bihar.
This is a performance-based freelance opportunity where your earning depends on the deals you successfully close.
What You’ll Do
• Call doctors and healthcare professionals using leads provided by the company
• Introduce and pitch SolutoZeeX’s digital marketing services
• Understand the client’s requirements and business needs
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Build strong relationships and trust with potential clients
• Negotiate and close digital marketing deals
• Coordinate with the SolutoZeeX team after closing the deal
Earning & Commission
? 10% Commission on Every Successfully Closed Deal
There is no fixed salary for this freelance role. Your earning is completely performance-based.




The more deals you close, the more you can earn.
Example:
If you close a ₹5,999/month plan → ₹599 commission
If you close a ₹3,999/month plan → ₹399 commission
If you close a ₹1,999/month plan → ₹199 commission
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Good communication and convincing skills
✔️ Comfortable speaking with doctors on phone calls
✔️ Sales, telecalling or business development experience is a plus
✔️ Confident, self-motivated and target-oriented
✔️ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to work independently
