Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SEO / AEO Manager with 7–10 years of hands-on enterprise eCommerce experience to lead organic growth across traditional search, AI-powered discovery platforms, and modern answer engines. This is a technical leadership role, not a coordination or advisory position.

The Role Requires Deep Execution Ownership Across

Technical SEO architecture
Magento / Adobe Commerce SEO implementation
Measurement & tracking infrastructure
AI Search (AEO) visibility
Enterprise migrations and platform governance

You will act as the technical owner of organic growth, ensuring SEO and AEO are embedded into engineering, product, analytics,



and marketing initiatives from planning through execution.The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with solid implementation capability and has successfully driven organic revenue growth for large-scale eCommerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise SEO & AEO Ownership: Own and lead end-to-end enterprise SEO and AEO strategy across large-scale eCommerce properties, driving organic revenue growth across traditional search, AI Overviews, answer engines, and emerging discovery platforms while establishing scalable SEO governance frameworks.
Technical SEO Leadership: Define, execute, and independently validate advanced technical SEO roadmaps covering crawl and indexing architecture, faceted navigation control, canonical strategy, large catalog optimization, JavaScript rendering, Core Web Vitals execution, and log file diagnostics.
Magento & eCommerce Platform Expertise: Lead hands-on SEO implementation within Magento Open Source / Adobe Commerce environments, providing architectural input across backend configurations, layered navigation, URL structures, indexing systems, and modern commerce setups
