Job Description
Talent Sourcing: utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, qualified networks and referrals to identify and attract top talent
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills,



and expertise ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each position
Provide guidance on candidate selection and market trends
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and hiring practices to develop effective recruitment strategies
Provide a positive and skilled experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs including project and mass hiring
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in engineering industries within large corporations
Prior experience hiring for EPC, Oil and Gas and/or construction is a must
Experience hiring for Middle East is an added value
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic envir
