Job Description
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against delivery documentation
• Utilize designated materials management tooling for receiving materials in real-time
• Escalate discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to Inventory and Asset Management Team
• Coordinate and execute the movement of materials from receipt location to designated processing and final location within the data center
• Ensure all materials are stored in a protected, organized manner, protecting them from damage/defects
• Maintain accurate labeling and location tagging of materials for easy identification and retrieval
• Maintain full visibility of material status - In transit, received, stored, or staged for Data Center Ops team
• Follow established material handling, inspection, and safety processes and procedures
• Perform cycle counts, support audits and material reconciliations as required
• Engagement in the pilots and implementation for tooling and processes related to logistical and material management processes
