Role Description The CRM Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.



In this role, the CRM Executive will manage and optimize customer relationships, focusing on customer experience, retention, and satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, tracking service performance, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves analyzing customer data, preparing reports, supporting sales initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and strengthen long-term client partnerships. The CRM Executive will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and support teams to ensure consistent, high-quality communication and service delivery.
