About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to develop and enhance Service Cloud solutions including Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management for an enterprise Salesforce environment. You will build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components, maintain existing Aura and Visualforce components, and build integrations with third-party systems including telephony/CTI via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs. The role operates in US Central Time with some overlap with India Standard Time and requires hands-on CI/CD and deployment process experience.

What you will do
Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel functionality such as routing, capacity, and presence management.
Build scalable, high-quality applications using Apex and Lightning frameworks, with LWC as the primary development framework, and maintain existing Aura and Visualforce components as needed.
Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs,



including telephony/CTI and external SaaS/AppExchange integrations.

Must haves
4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes.
Lightning development, with strong hands-on LWC (Lightning Web Components) experience. SOQL and SOSL.
Demonstrated experience building business solutions within Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality.
Experience developing custom objects and working within the Salesforce development workplace.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST-based web services.
Experience maintaining or enhancing existing Aura and/or Visualforce components.
Hands-on experience with Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes.
Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
Experience with telephony
