Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Remote)

Location: Remote (India)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10 AM–6 PM IST (with occasional overlap into evening for international client calls)
Reports To: Marketing Head

Compensation and Benefits:

₹25,000/month during the 3-month probation period
Revised to ₹35,000/month upon successful completion of probation, based on the performance criteria below

About the Role:

We're hiring a Graphic Designer with strong,



hands-on video editing ability, this is a dual-skill role, and we weigh both equally in our evaluation. You'll work closely with our founders and marketing team to produce visual content and short-form video for international brands and campaigns.
This role is roughly 50% design, 50% video editing. If you're a designer who dabbles in video, or a video editor who dabbles in design, this likely isn't the right fit, we need genuine competence in both.

Key Responsibilities:

Design
Design engaging social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, Linkedin, TikTok and other social media ad campaigns.
Design marketing materials including banners, presentations, brochures, and digital assets.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
Video
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other
