Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad Experience: 1+ Year Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Education / Academic Counselling Role: B2 C – Inbound & Outbound Sales Key Responsibilities▪ Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, Whats App, digital campaigns and other channels▪ Understand learners’ career goals, requirements and backgrounds▪ Provide academic and career counselling and recommend suitable programs▪ Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry → counselling → follow-up → conversion → enrolment▪ Handle objections, negotiate and close sales▪ Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets▪ Maintain regular follow-ups and an updated sales pipeline▪ Update CRM/lead records and track counselling and conversion activities▪ Coordinate with Marketing,
