In this role, you’ll connect with prospective learners, understand their career and learning goals, recommend the right programs, and help them take the next step toward enrolling. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys talking to people, sales, counselling and building relationships, and wants to grow their career in the fast-growing education and Ed Tech space. What You’ll Do Connect with prospective learners through phone calls, Whats App, email and online channels. Understand learner requirements, career goals and learning needs. Counsel prospects and recommend relevant courses/programs. Explain course features, benefits,



fees and career outcomes clearly. Follow up with interested leads and move them through the sales funnel. Convert qualified leads into enrollments. Handle questions, objections and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in CRM/Google Sheets. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and enrollment targets. Coordinate with the academic/operations team to ensure a smooth learner onboarding experience. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing learners.
