Growth Marketing Lead - Meta, Google, Content & Funnels

Full time | Remote | Long-Term Role

ProShield Security is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to take ownership of our marketing and help us build a predictable system for generating high-quality leads, converting them into customers and growing our brand.

This is not just a Meta Ads role and it is not a basic social media management role.

We want someone who understands the entire marketing funnel and can connect paid advertising, organic content, creative strategy, landing pages, retargeting, email/SMS marketing, tracking and sales performance together.

You will work directly with the founder, our sales team, local videographer and video editor.

Your Main Goal

Build and manage a marketing system that:

Generates a high volume of qualified leads
Improves the percentage of leads that become customers
Builds ProShield into a recognised brand
Continuously tests new creatives, offers, audiences and funnels
Gives us transparent data on where every lead and customer is coming from





We want someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.

What You Will Own

Paid Advertising

You will manage and continuously improve:

Meta Facebook & Instagram Ads
Google Ads
Google Search campaigns
Retargeting campaigns
TOF, MOF and BOF strategy
Lead-generation campaigns
LinkedIn Ads for commercial/B2B opportunities
Audience creation and targeting
Creative and offer testing
Budget allocation and scaling

You should be highly experienced with both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads and understand how to generate customers, not simply cheap leads.

Content & Creative Strategy

You will help lead our organic and paid content strategy.

We need someone who actively follows what is happening on:

Instagram
Facebook
TikTok
YouTube Shorts
LinkedIn

You should understand current content formats, hooks, trends and what makes people stop scrolling.
