Enhances stakeholder experience using advanced analytics on CSAT, ESAT, IPSAT, and behavioral data.
AI & Emerging Capabilities
Demonstrates working knowledge of designing and deploying simple AI agents/use cases (e.g., using MS copilot for generating automated actionable insights).
Has exposure to up-to-date AI tools and platforms (e.g., GenAI ecosystems, ML platforms, enterprise AI studios) and drives their adoption within analytics workflows.

Experience

10–15 years Qualifications
M.Sc. in Statistics from a reputed institution, or
Engineering degree with relevant analytics and AI experience Preferred Locations
