Powered by iconic kids' brands like HooplaKidz, Annie & Ben, and All Babies Channel, alongside our expanding curiosity and mystery portfolio—LAB 360, Orbit: Beyond the Blue, Starxtreme, @YouCurious, and @HeresTheCatch—we need a gritty, startup-minded HR leader to partner directly with our CEO to build our talent strategy, people operations, and creative culture from the ground up to support our Character IP Empire vision.

What You’ll Do
HR Operations & AI Integration: Handle onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. Implement AI-driven HR tools to optimize processes.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Partner with leadership to source, screen, and hire top creative talent across animation, digital content, AI production, and social media.

Who You Are
Experience: 3–4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in creative media, animation, digital content, or fast-paced startups.
Industry Savvy: Deep understanding of the digital-first content landscape (YouTube, AI tools, animation pipelines, post-production).
Execution & Mindset: A proactive, hands-on builder comfortable setting up systems from scratch in an entrepreneurial environment.
Tech-Forward: Proficient with up-to-date HR tech, ATS platforms, and AI-enabled workplace solutions.
Education: MBA in HR or a related Master's degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business required.
