Job Purpose:



This role is responsible to perform the secure and productive operation of the Ash Handling Plant (AHP), including the operation of vacuum pumps, air compressors, ash unloading systems, and evacuation systems. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, executing unloading and loading of ash, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the smooth transportation of ash. Additionally, the role is also responsible for managing environmental aspects of ash disposal to maintain operational excellence and sustainability in AHP.

Responsibilities

Shift Engineer Ash Handling (T1 T2)

Operational Excellence And Maintenance

Monitor and ensure safe operations of vacuum pumps, air compressors, ash unloading systems, and evacuation systems.

Monitor and maintain critical AHP parameters such as oil pressure, oil levels, and local gauges for optimal equipment performance.

Regularly check bearing temperatures of all equipment in ash handling to prevent overheating and equipmen
