to rooftop solar and move away from traditional coal electricity. We are a full-stack D2C

residential solar brand - designing, installing, maintaining (after-sales) and financing solar

systems for home-owners across India.

looking for leaders to join us in this mission.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and structured Associate Director – Sales Special Projects

& COE to drive cross-functional programs, build scalable processes, and institutionalize

operational excellence across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone from a Tier-1 engineering/tech background (IITs, NITs, BITs) or





tier-1 MBA programs (top IIMs, ISB), who has experience in driving cross functional initiatives,

process design, business operations, process excellence or program management roles, either

within high-growth startups or top-tier consulting firms.

You will work closely with business leaders, founders, and functional heads to solve complex

problems, improve efficiency, and drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives and Program Management
Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to execution
Define scope, timelines, milestones, and measurable success metrics
Stakeholder management and alignment across Sales, Ops, Product, Tech, and Support functions
Drive closure and accountability across teams
Process Design, Optimization and Process Excellence
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies across functions
Design and implement scalable SOPs and governance framewo
