The Product Manager India position has a business-orientation and is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic plan for all products within India and customer segments. The Product Manager maintains close relationships with the market (customers, evaluators, and potentials) for awareness of market needs. This includes development of effective marketing strategies and tactics for all regional products. This person is involved through all stages of the product lifecycle, including requirements, road mapping, and driving specific custom product development to facilitate business success.

This position involves close interaction with development leads, operations, key customers, marketing communications and sales. A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and marketing understanding is required.

Position includes product management and marketing responsibility for all products in the assigned countries and customer segments, which includes responsibility for establishing and achieving our sales and profit growth initiatives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:




* BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering. MBA is a plus
* Demonstrated marketing competency
* Proven technical aptitude
* Entrepreneurial drive to take ownership of our marketing/product strategy and execution to achieve our growth goals
* Strong leadership skills - must be able to work across departments and regions, including internationally
* 3-5 years previous product management/product marketing experience
* A solid business sense – person needs the ability to create segment marketing/product strategy from market analysis
* A strong customer orientation with a “how can I help” approach
* Must be a team player with the ability to work across multiple disciplines and geographies
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Travel will be required – 30%
* Ability to create and edit PowerPoint presentations required
* Must have above average Excel and numerical ana
