Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with strong IT delivery expertise, full-stack architectural skills, and Japanese language proficiency to manage and deliver complex projects for Japan-based clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer-facing roles, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering projects in domains such as Automotive, Semiconductor, or Healthcare.



This role calls for a hands-on technologist who can define solution architecture, guide design decisions, and remain credible in deep technical discussions while managing end-to-end project delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
● Technical Leadership & Architecture: Own full-stack solution architecture, design, and deployment decisions, and act as the final technical authority on the project. Conduct architecture and code reviews, and act as an active technical mentor, effectively supporting team members’ technical development.
● Project & Delivery Management: Manage project schedules, deliverables, quality, and cost aspects in strict alignment with organizational goals. Conduct daily project tracking and controlling to ensure timely and quality delivery from initiation to closure.
● Risk Management: Identify project risks proactively, develop robust mitigation plans, and resolve ongoing issues effectively.
