Role Description The Patient Care Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for guiding patients through the entire care process. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating referrals to hospitals and specialists, and managing admission and discharge-related communication.



The coordinator will handle inbound and outbound calls with professional phone etiquette, provide clear information to patients and families, and ensure that all documentation and records are accurate and up to date. This role involves close collaboration with healthcare providers to support treatment plans, monitor follow-ups, and address patient concerns promptly.
