Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in New Delhi. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers in-store, present AAPLOO’s fragrances and lifestyle products, and provide personalized recommendations that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning. Daily responsibilities include welcoming customers,



explaining product features and benefits, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring a high-quality retail experience. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing stock levels on the sales floor, and accurately processing transactions. The Salesperson will also collect customer feedback, support brand storytelling, and participate in promotional events to strengthen customer relationships and drive repeat business.
Qualifications
Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales in a premium retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, and confident in-person presentation.
Knowledge or solid interest in luxury goods, fragrances, and lifestyle products, with the ability to learn product details quickly.
