Business Development Executive – B2B Sales & Client Acquisition

About the Role

P-1 India Private Limited is looking for an ambitious, confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive with strong sales experience to drive client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate recent business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking and other channels.
* Identify and connect with startups, MSMEs, entrepreneurs and businesses.
* Understand client requirements and present relevant funding, grants, government incentives and business solutions.
* Conduct client meetings and presentations.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/CRM records.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience is mandatory.
* Candidates with experience in B2B sales,



business consultancy, financial services, funding, or related fields will be preferred.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
* Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
* Target-oriented, self-motivated and highly driven.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
