We’re looking for a Lead Assist to help us connect with South Florida Realtors and generate recent business opportunities.
? About the Role
You’ll be reaching out to Realtors in South Florida, introducing our Listing Coordination & Transaction Coordination services, and identifying those who need support to scale their business.
Your goal? Start conversations, build relationships, and book qualified appointments.
Must have minimum 1 year of Experience with outbond Phone calls to USA or UK Clients...
? What You’ll Do
✔️ Make outbound calls to Realtors (US market)
✔️ Pitch our real estate support services confidently
✔️ Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
✔️ Schedule appointments for the sales team
? What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in cold calling / telemarketing / lead generation
✅ Excellent English communication (US client-facing)
✅ Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality
✅ Ability to handle objections professionally
✅ Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
? Compensation & Work Details
? Salary: ₹20,000/month (Targets Given) + performance-based incentives
? Working Days: Monday to Friday
⏰ Timing: 7:30 PM – 12:00 AM (IST)
