PROJECT MANAGER — ILLUMINATE COMMUNICATION

About the Role
Illuminate Communication is looking for an organised, proactive and highly dependable Project Manager to oversee branding, social media, design, digital and content-production projects from brief to final delivery.
You will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, creative teams, developers, production partners and external vendors, bringing clarity and structure to every project while ensuring that deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple client projects and monthly retainers simultaneously.
Translate client requirements into clear briefs, timelines, responsibilities and deliverables.
Assign and prioritise tasks across the internal team based on deadlines and available resources.
Track progress daily, conduct regular follow-ups and proactively prevent delays.
Coordinate client feedback,



internal revisions and final approvals.
Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness and alignment with the approved brief before they are shared with clients.
Manage timelines for branding projects, content calendars, campaigns, shoots, websites and other creative assignments.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, stylists, developers, printers and other external partners.
Maintain organised records of briefs, approvals, timelines, project status and final files.
Identify scope changes, additional requirements and potential timeline concerns at an early stage.
Work closely with the Founder and team leads to plan resources, streamline workflows and improve project efficiency.
Keep the accounts team informed about project milestones, additional work, invoicing requirements and payment follow-ups.
