2. Role Overview
As the Head – General Operations & Strategic Project Coordination, you will be
responsible for overseeing and driving the execution of major projects, initiatives, and
critical operational requirements across the organisation.

This is a high-level, cross-functional role that will work closely with Senior Management
and multiple departments including Marketing, IT, CRM, Operations, Research,
Customer Success,



Administration, Business Development, and other functional areas.
The primary responsibility will be to ensure that important projects initiated by the
management are properly tracked, regularly followed up, executed within defined
timelines, and taken to successful closure.

The role requires an individual with strong ownership, excellent follow-up capabilities,
strategic thinking, leadership maturity, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and
projects simultaneously.

3. Key Responsibilities & KPIs

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a centralised tracking mechanism for all major organisational
projects and initiatives.• Coordinate with different departments to understand project requirements, timelines,
responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Take regular and structured follow-ups with project owners and concerned teams to
ensure timely execution.
