Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a Workato Integrations Manager to lead our enterprise automation strategy and India-based integrations team. You will own the integration roadmap, design and scale automated workflows connecting critical SaaS and enterprise applications,



and serve as a trusted architecture and design leader.

You will bridge business needs and technical execution, transforming manual bottlenecks into reliable, automated data flows using Workato and complementary integration patterns. The role includes regular partnership with business and technology stakeholders in the US.

What you will do

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing integrations team in India.
Own integration strategy and architecture, including enterprise-grade Workato recipes, custom connectors through the Workato SDK, and reusable workflow patterns.
Partner with US stakeholders and teams such as HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations to identify opportunities and automate complex business processes.
Establish practical standards for security, privacy, reliability, maintainability, and integration governance.
Manage Workato workplace practices across development, testing, and production,
