Role Description As a Founder's Office Intern at MedoEase, you will work closely with the founding team on strategic and operational initiatives that support product, growth, and partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and user research, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with project tracking and process improvements.



You will help the founders with data analysis, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of key priorities. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research abilities, with comfort in handling data, synthesizing insights, and presenting findings clearly.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft emails, documents, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, project management tools) and a willingness to learn new software quickly.
