Job Responsibilities

Pricing Performance Management

Own the regional pricing performance management framework and governance process.

Establish, monitor, and drive achievement of pricing KPIs related to revenue, margin, price realization, and profitability.

Lead regular business reviews with commercial and pricing leaders to assess performance against targets.

Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with accountable stakeholders.

Escalate risks and barriers impacting pricing performance and ensure timely resolution.

Track execution of agreed actions and measure business impact.

Pricing Strategy Execution & Value Realization

Drive implementation and adoption of pricing strategies across countries and business units.
