We are seeking a proactive and commercially aware Senior Financial Analyst to join the Global FP&A; team. The role is responsible for the end-to-end financial management of global overhead functions, including accounting, reporting, forecasting, financial analysis and controllership activities, with particular focus on C-Suite and corporate function budgets.

The successful candidate will partner with budget owners, finance colleagues and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting, meaningful analysis and actionable insights. The role requires robust financial controllership, business understanding and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced global environment while continuously improving processes, controls and reporting.

What will you do?





Manage end-to-end financial accounting and controllership for global overhead cost centers, including CEO, Finance, HR, IT, Legal and other corporate functions.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, reclasses, allocations and intercompany charges.
Maintain compliance with IFRS, company policies and internal control requirements across assigned cost centers.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and estimate processes, maintaining visibility of expected financial outcomes and key business drivers throughout the reporting cycle.
Prepare monthly management reporting packages, executive summaries and financial commentary for FP&A; leadership, CFO and senior stakeholders.
Analyze actual results against budget, forecast and prior periods, identifying key drivers, risks, opportunities and unusual financial movements.
