Overview




The Regional Communications & Network Coordinator is a dual-function role designed to bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and on-the-ground operational excellence. This role serves as the primary regional steward for the Stanford Seed brand, ensuring that all communications, events, and network activities reflect the excellence and integrity of Stanford University, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Stanford Seed.

By bringing accountability to previously fragmented processes, the Coordinator ensures that the Stanford Seed Transformation Network (STN) operates with consistency, visibility, and strategic alignment across all regional chapters.

I. Brand Stewardship & Communications Liaison
Onboarding & Oversight: Serve as the lead brand liaison for Network Chapters leadership, staff and consultants - for South Asia and ad hoc in Indonesia. Provide comprehensive onboarding on brand voice, tone, logo usage, and common pitfalls to ensure brand alignment from day one.
