Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Qualified Expert supporting working professionals and younger kids across the domestic Indian region. The expert will design and deliver engaging phonics and public speaking sessions, tailored to age groups and skill levels, using online platforms and interactive teaching tools. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting live or recorded classes, assessing learner progress,



and providing constructive feedback to enhance pronunciation, clarity, and confidence in spoken communication. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, adapting teaching strategies to learner needs, and maintaining professional communication with parents, guardians, and adult learners. The professional is expected to uphold a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment while meeting agreed timelines and performance expectations.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in phonics instruction and spoken English, with the ability to teach younger children and working professionals effectively.
Proficiency in public speaking coaching, including voice modulation, body language, presentation skills, and confidence-building techniques.
Experience with online teaching tools and learning management systems, and comfort conducting live virtual sessions
