About Role

The Senior Project Manager — Skilled Services is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading and executing complex, customer-facing implementation projects across Veryon’s product portfolio.

This role owns projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring delivery stays on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining strong customer relationships and stakeholder alignment. The Senior Project Manager will manage internal and external resources, oversee project governance, and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.

In addition to managing their own portfolio of projects, this role will provide coaching, guidance,



and escalation support to the broader Onboarding team, helping strengthen project management practices and improve delivery efficiency across Professional Services.

Job Duties

End-to-End Implementation Delivery

Lead complex, customer-facing implementation projects across Tracking, Tracking+, and Diagnostics from kickoff through go-live.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining delivery timelines, quality, scope, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Partner closely with Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation to steady-state adoption.

Customer Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
