About you and the role:
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will enable a best-in-class employee experience through exceptional payroll service delivery and subject matter expertise. You will manage, implement, and deliver innovative payroll solutions while leading payroll operations for multiple countries globally. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time,



in compliance with country-specific tax regulations, labor requirements, company policies, and applicable legislation.
In this role, you will develop and apply your understanding of key business drivers within Payroll and Human Resources. You will expand your conceptual and practical knowledge of Global Payroll and provide informal guidance to current team members while effectively explaining complex information to stakeholders.
You will leverage your technical expertise, established practices, and sound judgment to analyze and resolve routine payroll-related challenges. Your contributions will directly influence the quality of your work and your team's outcomes, requiring you to consistently operate within established policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
