Role Description The Legal Associate will work full time on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, supporting the firm’s litigation and advisory practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, petitions, contracts, and opinions; conducting legal research on statutes, case law,



and regulatory developments; and preparing briefs and notes for hearings before courts and tribunals. The role involves coordinating with senior advocates and external counsel, assisting in client meetings, and helping develop litigation strategy and transaction structures. The Legal Associate will also review documents for risk and compliance, maintain case files and matter trackers, and contribute to internal knowledge management and practice development initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in legal research, statutory interpretation, and case law analysis, with the ability to synthesize complex information into explicit advice.
Proficiency in drafting pleadings, contracts, legal notices, opinions, and submissions for courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
Experience or interest in dispute resolution, including civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation, and appellate work.
