Role Description This is a full time, on-site Technical Recruiter – US Staffing role based in Ahmedabad.



The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and qualifying technical and non-technical candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, negotiating compensation within client guidelines, and ensuring timely communication and feedback at each stage of the hiring process. The Technical Recruiter will also track recruitment metrics, update applicant tracking systems, and collaborate closely with account managers and internal teams to meet staffing goals and service-level expectations.
