About the Role
Adsclique Media is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who understands performance marketing beyond simply creating campaigns.
We are looking for someone who understands the numbers behind advertising, can diagnose why a campaign is or isn't performing, and knows what action to take next.
You should be equally comfortable with Google Ads and Meta Ads and have experience managing both D2C/eCommerce and B2B, B2C lead-generation campaigns.
This is a hands-on execution and strategy role. You will be expected to independently manage campaigns from planning and tracking to testing, optimization and scaling.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Plan, launch, manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and Remarketing campaigns




Manage Meta lead-generation, sales, remarketing and eCommerce campaigns
Conduct detailed keyword research, search-term analysis and negative keyword optimization
Build and test audiences across prospecting, remarketing, custom and lookalike segments
Develop complete paid-media funnels rather than running isolated campaigns
Understand customer journeys from ad → landing page → conversion
Work closely with the creative team on hooks, messaging, offers, formats and creative testing
Build structured A/B testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaigns
Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, CVR and other performance metrics
Analyse performance data and proactively identify opportunities and problems
Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs
Prepare explicit performance reports and communicate insights rather than simply reporting numbers
