Lead the implementation of automation strategies to enhance environment provisioning and configuration.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster skill development and innovation.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of platform components.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and proposing effective solutions.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Modernization.
Experience with cloud infrastructure setup and management
