We currently operate 8 luxury resorts across India and are on a clear path to 25 properties by 2028 . All sales and reservations for the brand are driven centrally from our Neemrana corporate office — making it the commercial nerve centre of the company. Why This Role Is Different Most hotel sales roles ask you to go out into the market and chase business through travel agents and cold visits. This role is different: the leads come to you. Our marketing engine generates a steady, high-volume stream of inbound guest and group inquiries every day, routed directly to the Neemrana head office. Your job is to convert that interest into confirmed, revenue-generating business. Role Summary The Sales Manager will own the inquiry-to-booking funnel at the Neemrana head office — leading the inside sales team, driving conversion and revenue targets,



and personally closing high-value group, corporate, wedding, and offsite business. This is a leadership role for a hotel sales skilled who wants to run a revenue desk, not just work a territory. Key Responsibilities Own the sales funnel end-to-end — from inbound inquiry to confirmed booking — and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets Lead, train, and coach the Assistant Sales Managers and reservations team; review pipelines and call quality daily Personally close high-value business — groups, corporate offsites, weddings, and long-stay inquiries Set follow-up cadences, response-time standards, and pitch frameworks for the team; handle escalations and rate negotiations within approved guardrails Track funnel metrics (inquiry volumes, conversion ratios, drop-off points, revenue per lead) and run weekly reviews with clear corrective actions Ensure complete CRM discipline across the team — e
