About Career Zoom
Career Zoom is a Singapore-headquartered boutique executive search, RPO and CXO-on-Demand firm, specialising in senior leadership hiring across BFSI, fintech and technology sectors. We are expanding into India, establishing our first in-market presence in Mumbai to build relationships with BFSI institutions, fintechs, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs) across the India.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced, India-market-savvy Business Development professional to lead Career Zoom's on-the-ground business development in Mumbai. This is a pure business development role — you will not be doing recruitment delivery (sourcing, screening, shortlisting); your job is to open doors, build relationships, and win mandates that our Singapore and India -based delivery team then executes.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify,



engage and secure new client opportunities for Career Zoom's executive search, recruitment and talent advisory services
- Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers (CHRO, CXO, founder-level) across BFSI, fintech, and technology/GCC clients in Mumbai and other Metro cities
- Develop and submit business proposals in coordination with Singapore HQ
- Maintain rigorous CRM and pipeline discipline
- Represent Career Zoom at industry conferences, chamber events and networking sessions
- Conduct market intelligence gathering and provide monthly reporting to Singapore HQ
- Contribute to an initial market-entry research effort covering target sectors, competitive landscape and go-to-market planning

- Growing, well-documented sales pipeline with clear opportunity value
